4 Point Inspection
Homes that are 20 years or older are required by Florida insurance companies to have a 4-point inspection. A through inspection will be preformed of the 4 areas of the home the insurance companies are most interested in for binding your insurance policy, HVAC, Roof, Plumbing and Electrical. A properly formatted report is then sent to you and your agent for review.
