Our inspector has a strong attention to detail which he uses to inspect every house in order uncover every small detail. He will not call out minor aesthetic defects as if they are a major concern. Instead, he will point out weather a defect is an item that needs replacement or if it’s a minor repair that can possibly be a do-it-yourself project. He will list the defects and categorize them in severity order. We want you to read our reports and know exactly what expenses may lay ahead after closing on your new home.
